Nail Technicians are responsible for providing nail care services to customers and private clients based on their specific needs and preferences, such as polish colors, preferred nail length and nail health. Specific Nail Technician job duties and responsibilities include:
Consulting with clients on nail polish color preferences, nail art preferences and desired nail length and shape
Sterilizing nail tools and equipment prior to use and after each nail painting session
Massaging clients’ feet, arms and hands
Past experience in a nail salon, hotel or as a freelance Nail Technician is required. Must also have a strong understanding of sterilization procedures for tools and equipment, and they must be familiar with advanced nail techniques such as French manicures and nail art.
Prefer previous customer service experience as well.
